Specific Terms and Conditions for Hedrin Competition – August 2023

In addition to the general terms set out above, the following terms and all entry instructions elsewhere on the site will apply to the ‘Hedrin defiance’ competition, Hedrin, Thorton & Ross Ltd, Linthwaite, Huddersfield, HD7 5QH.

• No purchase necessary.

• The promotion can be entered via the Hedrin Facebook and Instagram pages. The entrant can take part in the competition by clicking the link and entering their email address.

• The competition will run for 30 days from 23^rd August to 27th September 2023.

• Entries will be put into a draw and a winner will be chosen at random.

• By entering, the entrant agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions.

• There will be a total of one prize of £100 worth of Amazon vouchers.

• You must be 18 years or older to enter the competition.

• UK residents only.

• One entry per person allowed. A maximum of one prize per person can be won. Free to enter.

• All winners will be notified via email within two weeks of the end of the competition. Winners will be asked to provide their email address in order to receive the prize.

• The promoter shall not be responsible for any internet service interruptions or electronic fault.

• Prizes will be dispatched to the winner’s designated email address.

• At the discretion of Hedrin, prizes will be dispatched up to 28 days after the winner receives confirmation of winning and has submitted their details.

• Hedrin holds no responsibility for any delivery days. Hedrin shall not be liable for any prizes lost or damaged in the post or not received for any other reason outside Hedrin’s control.

• Prizes are subject to availability and the promoter reserves the right to change the prizes at any time and there is no cash alternative to the stated prizes in whole or in part.

• Any person who is an employee or an immediate family member of an employee of Hedrin or any other person who is directly connected with the organization of any particular competition is ineligible to participate.
